Jahmari Damon

Jahmari Damon is an active, pursuit-oriented linebacker who wins with effort, lateral flow and a willingness to run to the football. He reacts to run direction from the second level, commits into the flow and continues working as the play stretches away from him. His movement through traffic is controlled enough to keep him involved, and he gains ground once he makes his decision. That same chase mentality translates to kickoff coverage, where he stays in his lane, covers substantial ground and closes toward the return action.

Damon’s motor is the defining quality of the available work, as he continues accelerating until space compresses around the ball. The next step is turning that pursuit activity into more clean, controlled solo finishes while building consistent take-on and separation technique against blockers. Coverage responsibilities were not featured, but his open-field movement provides a foundation for further development in space. He profiles as an effort-driven second-level defender with dependable range and special-teams value.
