ATS Network Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of websites, accounts, content, profiles, applications, services, and other digital products operated by After The Snap Network, LLC, doing business as ATS Network (“ATS,” “ATS Network,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account or using ATS, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You may use publicly available ATS content without an account. To create an ATS account, you must be at least 18 years old or a player age 13 through 17. Users under 13 may not create ATS accounts. Users must provide truthful registration information and may not misrepresent their identity or age.

2. ATS Network

ATS is a high school football media and information platform. ATS content and services may include news, feature stories, recruiting coverage, rankings, scouting evaluations, ATS grades, player profiles, school profiles, schedules, scores, statistics, events, podcasts, video programming, photographs, social-media content, watch lists, awards, databases, and other football-related content.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining account security, protecting your password, activity occurring through your account, and promptly notifying ATS of unauthorized access. ATS may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create a security or safety risk.

4. Player Profiles

ATS may create player profiles using information obtained through ATS reporting, public information, schools, coaches, players, parents, events, recruiting sources, and other lawful sources. A player profile may exist regardless of whether it has been claimed.

Claiming a player profile allows an authorized user to submit or manage certain factual information. It does not give the claimant ownership or editorial control over ATS rankings, ATS grades, scouting evaluations, editorial designations, watch lists, awards, articles, or other ATS-created content.

5. Profile Claims

ATS may allow players, parents, guardians, coaches, or other approved users to claim profiles. You may claim or manage a profile only when you have a legitimate relationship to the player and ATS authorizes the claim. ATS may request verification and may resolve competing claims in its discretion.

6. Corrections and Editorial Judgment

ATS welcomes factual corrections. A disagreement with a player’s ranking, ATS grade, evaluation, award selection, watch-list status, article framing, or other editorial judgment does not constitute a factual error.

7. Rankings, Grades, and Evaluations

ATS rankings, player grades, scouting reports, projections, lists, and evaluations represent ATS editorial judgments at a particular point in time and may change. They are not guarantees of athletic performance, playing time, team selection, scholarship offers, recruiting interest, admission, college placement, or professional opportunities.

No payment, advertising purchase, event registration, subscription, sponsorship, or business relationship guarantees a player a particular ranking, grade, evaluation, article, award, or recruiting outcome.

8. Scores, Schedules, Statistics, and Recruiting Information

ATS works to provide accurate information, but high school sports information changes frequently. Schedules may change, games may be postponed or canceled, scores and statistics may be corrected, and recruiting offers or commitments may change. ATS does not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.

9. User-Submitted Content

Users may be permitted to submit photographs, video links, profile information, statistics, biographies, recruiting updates, event information, comments, messages, applications, and other materials.

You retain whatever ownership rights you lawfully hold in content you submit. By submitting content to ATS for publication, you grant ATS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, format, crop, resize, distribute, and promote that content in connection with ATS’s website, social media, programming, marketing, archives, and services.

You represent that you have the right to submit the material and authorize ATS to use it.

10. Personal Information and Commercial Data Practices

ATS’s collection, use, disclosure, and retention of personal information are governed by the ATS Network Privacy Policy. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your personal information to ATS and do not constitute blanket consent to any future sale or regulated sharing of personal information where applicable law requires separate notice, consent, opt-in, opt-out, or another privacy control.

ATS may develop commercial products using lawfully obtained information, aggregated or de-identified information, editorial databases, analytics, public information, and other data where permitted by law and consistent with the Privacy Policy. Additional restrictions apply to personal data concerning users under 18.

11. Photographs and Video

Do not upload or submit photographs, videos, graphics, or other media unless you have the right to do so. Submission of material does not automatically mean ATS will publish it. ATS may remove submitted media at its discretion.

12. ATS Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, ATS owns or controls its original name and branding, logos, website design, articles, graphics, rankings, database presentation, scouting evaluations, ATS grades, shows, video productions, photographs created by ATS, original social-media content, and other proprietary material.

You may share links to ATS content and make ordinary personal, noncommercial use of publicly available material. You may not, without authorization, republish substantial ATS articles, scrape or reproduce ATS databases, copy rankings for commercial publication, remove ATS branding from graphics, sell ATS content, create a competing database using automated extraction of ATS content, or falsely represent ATS content as your own.

13. Acceptable Use and Protection of Minors

You may not use ATS to harass or threaten another person, bully a minor, publish private contact information, impersonate another person, submit knowingly false information, engage in fraud, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, violate intellectual-property rights, exploit or endanger a minor, or post unlawful material.

Users may not use ATS to solicit inappropriate private contact with minors or obtain information about minors for an improper purpose. ATS may immediately restrict an account or report conduct to appropriate authorities when ATS reasonably believes conduct presents a safety risk.

14. Events

ATS may promote, organize, partner on, or provide registration for football events. Specific events may have additional participation agreements, waivers, refund policies, eligibility rules, media releases, and health and safety requirements.

15. Third-Party Services

ATS may integrate or link to third-party services such as YouTube, social-media platforms, payment providers, recruiting platforms, schools, advertisers, and sponsors. ATS is not responsible for third-party services or their content, availability, policies, or practices.

16. Advertising and Editorial Independence

ATS may earn revenue from advertising, sponsorships, partnerships, subscriptions, events, branded programming, licensing, data products permitted by law, and other commercial relationships. Commercial relationships do not entitle a person, player, school, sponsor, advertiser, or data customer to a favorable ranking, grade, evaluation, or editorial decision.

17. Copyright and Intellectual-Property Complaints

If you believe material appearing on ATS violates rights you own, contact afterthesnappodcast@gmail.com and include sufficient information for ATS to identify the material and understand the basis of your request.

18. Suspension and Termination

ATS may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, fraudulent profile claims, harassment, impersonation, abuse of minors, security threats, repeated submission of false information, or unlawful conduct.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATS services are provided on an “as available” basis. ATS does not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete accuracy, or that every error will be corrected immediately. Nothing on ATS constitutes legal, financial, medical, educational-admissions, or professional recruiting advice.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, After The Snap Network, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, contributors, partners, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of ATS. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, adult users agree to be responsible for claims arising from their unlawful use of ATS, violation of these Terms, or content they submit without authorization. This provision will not be interpreted to impose obligations on minors that cannot lawfully be imposed.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or another applicable law controls.

23. Changes to These Terms

ATS may update these Terms. The effective date at the top will indicate the latest revision. When applicable law requires additional consent for a material change, ATS will seek it rather than relying solely on continued use.
